Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions of hire for KayDance costumes.

• Each costume will be hired out for a maximum of 4 weeks unless negotiated. A late fee of 10% of the total purchase per day will occur if costumes exceed negotiated time frame.

• An additional 25% security deposit for each costume set will be charged on top of costume hire and will be refunded once costumes have been returned, on the proviso that no costumes were damaged or lost during the hiring period.

• Any damage or loss to costumes will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the customer if exceeding the security deposit amount.

• Understandably students vary in body sizes, therefore small alterations such as tacking hems for pants, tightening/loosing straps are allowed on the understanding that all alterations are then reversed and returned in original state.

• No cleaning of the costumes is needed as cleaning fees are covered in hiring prices.

• Once the Terms and Condition Agreement has been signed and returned, the costumes will then be set-aside for you to use during negotiated time period.

• The 25% security bond must be paid within 14 days of signed agreement. Any cancelation within four weeks of agreed hiring period will forfeit security bond in full.
